Doing My Part

In an effort to help stimulate the economy, I purchased an iPhone on Thursday.

...Cause I'm a good and thoughtful American.

This blog has been neglected. *whimper*

Lots of stuff has happened since my last post:

*Senator Obama nailed it with his acceptance speech at the conclusion of the convention.

* McCain picks a random person from Alaska to be his running mate.

* My Mother tells me something I already know: My hair is a mess.

* My measurements for my gown were taken and sent to the designer. The dress should arrive in early March. Oh snap!

* I'm really a little excited about the Real Housewives of Atlanta season on Bravo this Fall. Caught the preview with my Mom and um, it looks like it will be slightly more entertaining that the disappointing New York City season.

* The Bruins won their season opener!

* Hillary Clinton Died for Sarah Palin's Sins is probably one of the best freaking titles I have heard in a long time. It's also a good read.

* The Bruins got embarrassed by BYU.

* We finally decided on our honeymoon location - France!

* My office went through a minor shake-up with recent departures and new arrivals.

* With the exception of her weak interview with Charles Gibson, Palin has yet to face the press. Some pitbull.

* I've watched The Black List, Volume 1 on HBO 3 times now - love.

* UCLA had that familiar look of defeat during the Arizona game. Neuheisal, now you are starting to look like ass after your so true, but brash, LA Times ad.

* In all, he's still better than Karl Dorrell.

* The economy sucks. So this is what happens when a MBA becomes President?

* Some people actually drank McCain's kool-aid so now he's in a dead heat with Obama.

* My wedding countdown is now under 10 months. Where did the time go?

I will try to be consistent with my updates from now on.
